Hi all,
I want to know where does the DRAM controller resides in GPU? Is it on chip or off chip. I think all the DRAM chips (2 GB or more) is certainly off chip.
Does any one have any idea how much chip area overhead will be incurred in case a DRAM memory controller in Nvidia GPU is out-of-order scheduler instead of in-order?
