[DRIVE AGX] Could not set time to RTC dongle

Hello,I’d like to set DRIVE AGX and get the time from the RTC module.
I set by referring to the procedure of this URL.

$ date -s "2020/03/19 15:51"
$ sudo bash /usr/local/sbin/canrtc.sh set
setting time and date to "3b.04.01.06.15.09.13"
no dongle detected skipping update
Could not set time to RTC dongle

“Connecting the RTC Module” has been completed
How can I fix the problem ? thanks.

EDIT:
use sdkm version: sdkmanager_1.0.1-5538_amd64.deb
use can cable:CAN 6&4
Running on Proxy network

Hello Masayuki.Kamoda,
it seems like the AGX does not detect the RTC module being connected.
Have you connected RTC Module to the DC power (5-12V/03A) adapter?

Also, I see you are directing to documentation relevant to Drive Software 9, please consider advancing to Drive Software 10.

Hi,shayNV

Have you connected RTC Module to the DC power (5-12V/03A) adapter?

Yes. The power lamp also lights orange.

Also, I see you are directing to documentation relevant to Drive Software 9, please consider advancing to Drive Software 10.

EDIT:
Is the correct one here?
I think the procedure is the same.

Hi Masayuki.Kamoda,
yes, that is the correct link, the procedure is the same.
Are you using Drive Software 10.0?
I was able to reproduce the problem on my side.
investigating internally.

Is there a solution?

Hi @Masayuki.Kamoda,
It seems like your CAN RTC dongle is offline - most likely it saw errors on the CAN bus at some point and disconnected.
It will drop off the CAN bus if it sees too many errors - that’s part of the CAN spec to avoid interference, my guess is that is what happened
The only way to reset it is to power cycle it, if it’s plugged into external PSU, the only way to do that is to unplug the power supply and the can connector for a few seconds and plug it back in.

please try it and let me know if that resolved your problem.

thanks,
Shay
