I have set up Pegasus system and flashed Drive OS SDK 5.2.6 successfully. After that I installed Linux Desktop as per instructions but monitor is not not receiving any signal. On the contrary, when I did the same using Drive OS SDK 5.2.0 monitor started on reboot. Here are few references of similar error: Error trying to connect monitor - #19 by SivaRamaKrishnaNV, and Drive OS 5.2.6 Monitor İssues - #5 by VickNV. My error logs screenshots is attached along with. As you may see, I’m able to see that target system is showing Ubuntu 18.04 but unable to shutdown, reboot or view anything on the target system monitor.
I followed this video (NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Developer Kit - How to set up - YouTube) for setting up the Pegasus system

Through Minicom I’m able to use the target system command-line interface but reboot or shutdown commands are not working

Dear @raji,
Looks like the system is rebooted with sudo reboot. Check press ENTER to get terminal access. Do you notice networking issues on target (like not able to access to via ssh or ping)?

Dear @SivaRamaKrishnaNV ,
I’m able to get terminal access of target system from host using Minicom but no display from Monitor of the target Pegasus system. As you may see there’s no issue with the network.

Dear @raji,
Have you followed the steps at Install DRIVE with SDK Manager :: DRIVE Platform Installation Guide with NVIDIA SDK Manager after flashing the target. Also, please check flashing only Tegra A and confirm.

Dear @SivaRamaKrishnaNV ,

I followed all the steps as mentioned and flashed only Tegra A first which doesn’t resolve the issue. Even with increasing screen brightness the issue was not resolved. Again I flashed only Tegra B, it the same result, no output from monitor although signal is present.

I’m getting errors similar to this thread: Error trying to connect monitor

Shall I degrade SDK to 5.2.0?

I quickly need to get started with the interfacing of Sekonix camera.

Dear @raji,
These errors should not cause display issue. Is the display working earlier with DRIVE OS 5.2.0? Please check connecting to another monitor. Did you check the display manager status output to see if gdm3 is active.

You may check installing DRIVE OS 5.2.0 if it is ok for you.

Dear @SivaRamaKrishnaNV ,

Is the display working earlier with DRIVE OS 5.2.0?- Yes it was working.
Please check connecting to another monitor. - Checked with iiyama monitor and Dell monitor (same issue)
Did you check the display manager status output to see if gdm3 is active - yes it was active
You may check installing DRIVE OS 5.2.0 if it is ok for you.- Yes will try that.

Dear @raji,
Any update on the issue? Were you successfully able to flash DRIVE OS 5.2.0 and enable display?

Yes, I was able to Flash Drive OS 5.2.0 and enable display by installing Ubuntu Desktop.

Hi @SivaRamaKrishnaNV ,

I’m facing the same issue with DRIVE OS 5.2.6 - Isn’t there a way to enable display with DRIVE OS 5.2.6 for now?
