Hello,

for our formula student autonomous racecar, we need to find a good place on our car to mount the Drive PX Platform.
In the mechanical and installation guide you recommend to mount it horizontally with the clear polycarbonate upwards. It would save us a lot of trouble though, if we could mount the board vertically.

To make sure that we don’t risk any damages, I wanted to ask, what the reasoning behind your recommendation is and if the board could also be mounted vertically.

The board is usually developed for mount it horizontally, all relevant tests are in this direction.
Hence to mount it vertically is not suggested due to no any test made.
