Has anyone else encountered this error with SDK Manager ?

Hi asnts,

It looks something wrong in running below apt commands on your system.
Could you manually run the commands and try to fix the problem? Thanks!

prerequisite_check.sh in driveplatform-tools-v1.0.tar.gz:

info "Docker $docker_version is not installed but forceinstall was selected"

    sudo add-apt-repository "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu $(lsb_release -cs) stable"
    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get install docker-ce="5:$docker_version"* docker-ce-cli="5:$docker_version"* containerd.io -y
sudo docker run hello-world || failure "Running hello-world container failed"

Hi Vick,

Even when installing Docker manually, I’m still having the same installation issues with :

sudo add-apt-repository "deb [arch=amd64] https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu $(lsb_release -cs) stable"

This is the error :

E: The repository 'https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu bionic Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.
N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.

Any other way to install docker-ce on Ubuntu 18.04 ?

As you can see, the command in our script only adds for ‘stable’ component but no ‘Release’.
Please check why your local /etc/apt/sources.list has the data shource line. Thanks!
