I have a 100% reproducible issue with my linux PC. Fresh installation of pop-os.
When I turn off my LG TV and turn it back on, linux becomes unresponsive. My keyboard and mouse do nothing, lights on keyboard do not respond.
If the LG TV is on when my PC wakes up, no problems.
I tested with a different display connected via displayport running a 60hz. No problems.
Nvidia RTX 3090 connected to LG CX tv via hdmi 2.1 at 120hz.
