I have created the custom device tree file for a different sensor similar to ov5693 and our sensor using i2c 1, that is i2c240000. I am still using the ov5693 driver just to verify my i2c creation. Trying to change the device tree and driver files of ov5693 which I am keeping as a reference.

It’s could be the device tree have something incorrect cause the problem.
changing the I2C port is just changing the address of the i2c port is enough or anything else change is needed in the device tree part.
No we are still trying on this issue. Driver development still progress, issue not resolved
It seems that there is a misconfiguration in the driver while creating the I2C device. Are the addresses and other settings properly set for your sensor?
