Driving 2 BLDC motors using nano for differential steering

I have 2 bldc motors 36v from skatboard and want to drive them using jetson nano.
Have found other topic advising PCA9685 or VESC.
The problem PCA9685 cant handle such motors and for vesc i couldnt find a way to drive the 2 motors independently for differential steering.

Was hoping for a recommendation on easy, straight forward way to control 2 bldc motors to drive forward and steering.
I have searched a lot online, so this is last resort.

Hope someone has such experience can be shared. Maybe you can check with vendor for appropriate driver IC design?
