dual monitor setup mouse cursor on wrong monitor

As the title says, in dual monitor setup with nvidia v396.24 on an arch linux machine(same happens and in other distros and with different driver versions) the mouse cursor(before interact with the mouse) is in the wrong monitor and not in the primary monitor. The primary monitor is the first monitor and in bios.
Here is the contents of my nvidia.conf file which used:

# nvidia-settings: X configuration file generated by nvidia-settings
# nvidia-settings: version 396.24 (buildmeister@swio-display-x64-rhel04-13) Thu Apr 26 01:12:41 PDT 2018

Is something wrong with the configuration which causes this? Is there any way to fix it?

I post again, because after 3 days this thread has 0 views. Has this forum 0 activity, or just the views/replies counter is wrong?
