DX12/Feature State of Pascal cards

From what I’ve seen there have been nothing from both parties on this even though pascal cards are still highly used even today.

My question is will there be any collaboration or work with people like Philip Rebohle (doitsujin) and Hans-Kristian and everyone else who actively work on vkd3d-proton for getting any potential workarounds or back porting these vulkan extensions?

I understand that there are hardware limitations to architecture but to completely exclude it from both features e.g. vulkan drivers, high power draw issues and open source NVIDIA kernel modules are insane.

I am only prompting this post since a lot of users still use pascal and I see regular posts on reddit, steam and discords talking about this.
