Electrical SD Card Detect on the Nano

For a carrier I am designing the micro SD Card connector we are using does not have a mechanical card detect signal built into the connector. So we can’t simply wire it to GPIO08 (Pin 208). Therefore I intend to use electrical card detection on SDMMC_DAT3 as per the SD card specification. Does the Nano and the driver support this?
