Hi, about the reliability of eMMC in module, it meets or exceeds NAND type of products Endurance and Data Retention requirements as per evaluated representative usage models for designed market and relevant sections of JESD471 standard.
@Trumany Where can I find the relevant test reports of JESD471 done on the eMMC? In particular to the TX2 and TX2i which are know to use different manufacturers of eMMC. Thank you.
