We like to enable SSC(Spread Spectrum Clocking) of TX2.
Is the SSC(Spread Spectrum Clocking) of TX2 HDMI enable?
If not, is there a way to enable HDMI SSC?

No, currently we cannot change SSC in HDMI driver.
