Enabling I2C on TX1

I’ve seen a lot of posts about how to set up I2C connection on the TK1 and raspberry pi, but I can’t find anything about how to set up I2C for the TX1. I’m currently trying to communicate between 2 Arduino mega 2560’s and the TX1, and after reading through about a million different sites I’m pretty sure I understand how to receive and send data from the Arduino but I can’t test that because I don’t know how to get the TX1 up and running with I2C.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Does you HW already set up well and don’t know how to get software up, or need HW guide to connect to TX1?
