I’ve been using detectnet.py on the jetson nano since it works better for the system I am working on. I previously used the Detectnet command and after switching to detectnet.py, the engine file, that is normally generated after the first time running, does not generate. Why would this be occuring? The script says that the engine file is generated however it is not in the directory that is specified and does not seem to exist at all.
The Detectnet command does not generate the engine file now either. I’ve only noticed this after deleting the cloned docker repository and creating the jetson inference from scratch following this tutorial: jetson-inference/building-repo-2.md at master · dusty-nv/jetson-inference · GitHub
