Eqos 2490000.ether_qos fail while booting

While booting there is some strange fail:

eqos 2490000.ether_qos: failed to read eqos_auto_cal_config_0_reg

Release L4T 32.6.1

How to avoid this fail?

Is your ethernet still able to work?

Yes, ethernet works fine.

Then should no worry about that log. It should be more like warning instead of error.

Can I edit device tree file or maybe kernel sources for fixing this fail/warning?

Yes, you can go to the kernel driver and modify the driver code. If you just want this log not print out.

Should I only comment this print message?
Or you can hint more correct way? For example modify device tree…

You can just change the print function from dev_info to something like dev_dbg. And it won’t print out.
From my point of view, you are just worried it because you feel something is failed. But actually it is not.

The driver code is shared between every t194 SoC platform. Some of them may need this parameter but NX does not.

Thank you for explanation.
