ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE in Jetson Nano

I’m using ethernet as my internet connection, internet was working fine for all sites, but recently I cannot go to some sites like stackoverflow, github, askubuntu. Other sites are working fine.

This site can’t be reached
https://stackoverflow.com/ is unreachable.
ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE

How can I fix this?
