Error calling rtts.SynthesizeSpeechRequest and riva_asr.Recognize

Please provide the following information when requesting support.

Hardware - GPU (T4)
Operating System = nvidia AMI linux
Riva Version - v2.0.0

How to reproduce the issue ? (after calling rtts.SynthesizeSpeechRequest or riva_asr.Recognize in Riva Quick start, i get,"_InactiveRpcError: <_InactiveRpcError of RPC that terminated with:
status = StatusCode.UNAVAILABLE
details = “failed to connect to all addresses”
