When I download SDK Manager I get this error in Developer Tools.
How can I solve that?

I am using a Docker because my version of Ubuntu is 22.04

Just for clarification, are you using DRIVE OS 5.2.6 docker container to flash?

No, you did not check the option to flash before starting the SDK Manager installation.
