Error: disagrees about version of symbol module_layout

hi

I use latest JetPack 5.0.1 to flash my NX dev kit, and use Jetson Linux 34.1.1 downloaded from Jetson Linux | NVIDIA Developer to build new Image.

Here is how I compile and create new Image and Image.sig

$ make clean 

$ make ARCH=arm64 O=$TEGRA_KERNEL_OUT  tegra_defconfig 

$ make ARCH=arm64 O=$TEGRA_KERNEL_OUT Image 

$ . /l4t_sign_image.sh --file $TEGRA_KERNEL_OUT/arch/arm64/boot/Image --chip 0x19

After I copy Image and Image.sig to SD card /boot folder and reboot system, I got error message for modules “disagrees about version of symbol module_layout”.

I can log in through UART terminal, but no display as nvgpu does not load correctly.

when I run $ ./source_sync.sh, it asks to enter a tag name.

From L4T 34.1 release note , it shows

but I got an error after entering tag as “jetson-r34.1.1”

(enter nothing to skip): jetson-r34.1.1
Couldn't find tag jetson-r34.1.1
/home/xxx/nvidia/L4T_34.1.1/xavier/Linux_for_Tegra/sources/kernel/kernel-5.10 source sync to tag jetson-r34.1.1 failed!

Please help to have a look.
