Hi,
Some questions to confirm
- Is your Orin NX using a dev kit or a custom board?
- Is your ubuntu a native or a virtual machine(e.g. VMware…)
- What is your JP version to flash
- Please record serial console log for us to review.
Thanks
Thank you for looking into the issue.
- Custom Board - AAEON - NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 8GB - 8653 AI
- Native Ubuntu 22.04
- JP 6.2
that’s an industrial box, IDK if we can collect logs…
Since it is a custom board, do you use the vendor customized bsp or our official bsp?
Thanks
I couldn’t find anything from Vendor. Though on their mannual they suggest to use a particular file.
I started with NVIDIA SDK Manager.
Our sdk manager might not support your custom board.
Please reach out your vendor to get the customized bsp and flash.
Thnaks
Using that GUI interface, it detects our board BTW.
Thanks, I will contact the vendor.

Yes It will detect, but our bsp would not be compatible to your device.
