Hi Steve,
I indeed plug-in USB to Pegasus’s debug port (it seems the same as situation in “https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/1048765/general/error-flashing-drive-pegasus/post/5323484/#5323484”). Anything I can try to do again for providing further debug information?

I cannot flash by my nvonline account (I tried it before by my NV developer account).

Are you using USB3 or USB2?
If use USB3, could you please try USB2 for this issue? Thanks.
