I use sdkmanager to flash PX2 AutoCruise.
The error message is shown below:

According to the logs, you need sudo permission to access /dev/ttyUSB1
I don’t know what part of this error was caused by the contents you uploaded.
Could you please let us know more detail?
I meet the same problem.
And I known this step need sudo permission to access /dev/ttyUSB1,but when i click the RETRY button in the SDK Manager page,a dialog pops up:Enter your password to perform administrative tasks, i entered the password and click ok button. this problem appears again.

If you want to flash the board using sdkmanager, please don’t use sudo permission. Thanks.
I tried sudo chmod 777 /dev/ttyUSB1. The permission issue was solved.

I can still find “Permission denied” comment in above log.
It looks like permission issue.
