Can you please see why RPM version is coming 13
Which Jetpack version are you using? Looks like you are using a old BSP to flash new SOM.
PCN update may make you not able to use old BSP version.
BTW, if you want to share log next time, share completed text log but not just few lines…

Are you the board vendor who made this carrier board or you got this custom board from some vendors?
I m not the board vendor we got it from different vendor
Please check with board vendor if they provide BSP with new version.
Your issue looks like missing PCN update patch.
