I try to use

echo “SW_RESET 1” > /dev/rshim0/misc

and

systemctl restart rshim

command to reset arm and rshim. But the problem remains.

How can I fix this problem? Please tell me.

Thanks.

Hi empire4th,

Thank you for posting your query on NVIDIA Community.

I would like to bring to your notice that debugging issues related to Bluefield/2/3 requires an active support entitlement.

Based on the description shared, since you have already tried resetting the ARM and restarting RSHIM, this will require additional debug to validate the failure.

If there an active entitlement/support contract in place, please do not hesitate to open a support ticket by emailing enterprisesupport@nvidia.com

For contracts, please reach out to Networking-Contracts@nvidia.com

Thanks,
Namrata.

Thanks for you reply.
