ERROR isaac::alice::TcpPublisher' reported FAILURE, Isaac SDK- Isaac sim application

Im trying to make an easy application, where a camera in OV should connect with SDK.
I get a Failure error on SDK side, that I don’t understand. Can please someone help me out??
I attach the BUILD and app.json file.

If I read the errors correctly, it seems there is perhaps another instance of your Isaac SDK app running on your machine that is holding on to the Web Sight port and the REB port.
