Hello. Sorry that you are having problems installing the Painter Connector.

Where is your plugin installed? Is it installed here C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\ov\pkg?

Can you try to install the connector manually? You can find the installation location by going to the launcher. Under Connectors you can select the options icon to the right of Adobe Substance 3D Painter. If you left-click settings you’ll be given a list of Painter connector directories. Click the folder icon and then try running Substance3DPainterOmniSetup.exe in the file explorer window that opens up.
