Error "We encountered an error" when launching DLI Lab

Hello DLI Nvidia Team,

I am writing to inform you about an issue I have been experiencing for the past 2 days on the NVIDIA DLI platform. I am encountering the error message “We encountered an error. Please try again.” when trying to access the lab for the course “Fundamentals of Deep Learning”.

I have attempted the usual troubleshooting methods, such as logging out and back in, clearing the cache, and using different browsers, but the issue persists.

Could you please help resolve this problem so that I can continue my learning without interruption? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
