Good evening, I’m writing to report a problem I’ve been experiencing on the platform for the past three days. I’m getting the error message “We encountered an error. Please try again” when trying to access the lab for the “Building LLM Applications With Prompt Engineering” course.
I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting methods, such as logging out and back in, and using different browsers, but the problem persists.
