When exporting the avatar which is created with Charactor Creators3, I set like below:
But when I try to import it to Audio2face, the avatar shows up like below(in red):
Would there be any reason or way to fix the problem?

Hi Sarah, from your screenshot, did you copy the woman1.usd directly to “character_transfer” folder or import as reference?
the exported CC3 character need the *.MDLs in “Materials” folder
if you manually copy it, you may need to copy it too
