How can I fix this?

Thanks
Ashik P

Can you say more about the host PC? Is it a VM?

Are you sure the Jetson was in recovery mode, and were you using the supplied micro-B USB cable? Also, is this a developer kit or is it an eMMC model?

hello ashik.p,

could you please get the latest NVIDIA JetPack SDK, JetPack-4.5 is the latest production release, supporting all Jetson modules.
thanks

I am not using VM, I tried flashing from my ubuntu host PC.

Its an emmc board and yes the board was in recovery mode. I am able to flash to my other emmc som with the same hardware setup.

So I doubt something wrong with the xavier-nx som am using.

You might try a non-developer-preview release. “Developer preview” is what the “dp” of “32.4.2dp” is. I’m sure one of the reasons @JerryChang mentioned using a current release is that the developer preview might not be entirely complete. Are you able to use a more recent release?
