I have reinstalled the drivers and the system many times, but this did not resolve the issue. I hope you can help me.

i use this docker images nvcr.io/nvidia/tensorrt:23.10-py3 build a container.
run command

docker run -it -v --ipc=host --env DISPLAY=$DISPLAY --volume /tmp/.X11-unix:/tmp/.X11-unix --device /dev/dri -d --gpus=all nvcr.io/nvidia/tensorrt:23.10-py3 /bin/bash

and same install
deepstream can work.
Same installation process, why different results?

Could you try our DeepStream docker first nvcr.io/nvidia/deepstream:7.1-triton-multiarch?
And we suggest you install Ubuntu 22.04, CUDA 12.6, R560.35.03(RTX GPUs), TRT 10.3.0.26 for our DeepStream 7.1. Please refer to our dGPU model Platform and OS Compatibility.

When will Ubuntu 24.04 be supported?

We will support that on our next release. Please pay attention to our official announcements.
