It solved on Ubuntu 18.04 without disabling ‘cdrom’

note:
I got fix broken installation after ‘software & updates’ updates. try following

apt --fix-broken install

sudo apt --fix-broken install
sudo dpkg -i sdkmanagerNAME.deb
