Every time I swipe the jetson agx xavier , there are errors in the File System and OS. I don’t know how to solve them. I hope you can help me solve them.
Could you dump the full error log? I suspect the File exists is not the error that causes failure here…

Did you already have Linux_for_Tegra on your host and you try to install with sdkmanager again?
From your log, the path is /home/cmz/sdk/JetPack_4.5.1_Linux_JETSON_AGX_XAVIER.
Please remove that folder and let sdkmanager re-download it again.
by the way,my jetson can’t work
We should not deal with this boot problem at this moment since your driver package seems not completed. The log shows some basic components are gone. I guess that is due to the sdkmanager issue too.

Could you dump SDKM_logs_JetPack_4.5.1xxxx log again? Your error is different this time.
I think this is host side configuration problem. If you want to save time, try other host is also a method.

If your host PC is an ordinary Ubuntu 18.04 desktop PC, then you should not see “exec format error
”. Are you really sure that JetPack/SDKM is running on a host PC and not the Jetson?
