ESXi8.0u3c With Nvidia A16 Just See 3 GPU

in ESXi 8.0 nvidia-smi just see 3 GPU

dmesg have PCI MPS waring

Could be a hardware defect. Please check with your OEM. Or did you try to change the PCI slot so see if the issue persists?

change pci slot the issue is persists,
issue GPU MPS is 128, normal GPU MPS is 256,
is can change GPU MPS BIOS setting?

if use linux base system (debian\ubuntu),can see 4 GPU, linux can setting first A16 MPS from 128 to 256 ,
