Hi Instructor,

I hope this message finds you well.

I’ve enrolled in the course and have completed the payment. However, I’m currently facing challenges with the first lab. Despite multiple attempts, I consistently receive a score of 12/18, with errors indicating issues like “bad label” and “bad data.” I’m concerned about the time constraints and was wondering if it’s possible to reset the lab to allow me to attempt it afresh.

Additionally, I believe I might benefit from strengthening my foundational knowledge before proceeding further. Could you recommend any introductory courses or resources that would better prepare me for this course? I’m committed to learning and am open to taking additional courses to ensure I grasp the necessary concepts thoroughly.

Lastly, I’d like to inquire about the course’s retake policy. If I decide to revisit the course after some preparatory study, will I retain access without incurring additional costs?

I see that you still have plenty of GPU time left in the course, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

If you take a look at the course page here (https://learn.nvidia.com/courses/course-detail?course_id=course-v1:DLI+S-DS-03+V1) you will see a list of pre-reqs including a suggestion to take Getting Started with Deep Learning course.

You will continue to have access to this course until we end-of-life it. You are only limited in the GPU run time, but again I see you have plenty left.
