Why is External App Template missing in Omniverse Launcher(Version 1.9.13)??

Hi there and thanks for your post. The latest Kit App Template (KAT) is no longer on Launcher. To allow us to update the KAT more frequently and support it better, we are now hosting it directly on our GITHUB page at GitHub - NVIDIA-Omniverse/kit-app-template: Omniverse Kit App Template

As you may have heard, the Launcher is now Legacy
