Fail to upgrade from Jetpack4.5 to Jetpack4.6 by using OTA

I tried to use OTA to upgrade from Jetpack4.5 to Jetpack4.6 on XAVIER NX, after I finished the OTA and reboot device, the device restart normaly but could not enter to the deskop, it Keep restarting.

Who can give me some advice? Please.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue any more.
