Failed in mem copy due to smart video record module

and after multiple cudaErrorIllegalAddress occurred

pipeline structure
Source: nvarguscamerasrc

Branch 1 (Inference): tee → queue → nvstreammux → queue → nvinfer → queue → tracker → queue → nvvideoconvert → nvdosd → nveglglessink

Branch 2 (Smart Recording): tee → queue → nvvideoconvert → recordbin

when I removed the recordbin the pipeline ran fine but with the recordbin I get multiple errors originating with
/dvs/git/dirty/git-master_linux/nvutils/nvbufsurftransform/nvbufsurftransform_copy.cpp:438: => Failed in mem copy

I have NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX Dev Kit Super - [L4T 36.4.4] with DS 7.1
