Hi,

We are trying to connect an sierra Wireless Air Link MC7411 (USB Bus based) on a miniPcie connector on our custom carrier board.
We are unable to detect sierra Wireless Air Link MC7411 modem. Whereas on the same port we are able to detect BG96 Quectel modem.

We have also installed the driver. But still, it is not working.

Does it require any change in BSP source.

Could you just tell whether it is a PCIe device to Jetson or a USB device to Jetson?

Your “USB Bus based” thing is a very confusing term here.

Hi Wayne,

we are using sierra Wireless Air Link MC7411 and Quectel BG96 modems (Mini PCIe is compliant with USB).

With JP5.1.1, only the BG96 modem is detectable, while the Sierra modem remains undetected despite attempts to install the Sierra driver.
Whereas, with JP6, both modems are getting detected.

Is there any change I need to do in BSP source with JP5.1.1 related to sierra modem.

There is no update from you for a period, assuming this is not an issue anymore.
