Failed to detect USB on MiniPCIe connector which is connected to PCIe C9 - Jetson Orin NX / Orin Nano

We have a MINIPCIE connector on our custom Jetson ORIN NX/Nano carrier board.

Minicard connector is connected to PCIE2_RX1, PCIE2_TX1 PCIe lanes and also to USB interface.

It work well with a PCIE bus based card.But when with a USB bus based card(a LTE module card) it can not work.

The cause of the problem is the PEX_RST is low after system boot complete. The USB bus-based card use the PEX_RST signal as a reset input.

Can you please suggest how to keep the PEX_RST high when there is no PCIE end points detected.

I am not sure about what kind of device is in use.

Why are you using a usb device alone on a PCIe slot?
