Failed to flash Jetson TX2 | Hangs

I’m trying to flash my jetson TX2 via sdkmanager cli docker container (ubuntu 18.04).
I have a custom carrier board - li-tx1-cb rev 1.3
This is my command:

docker run -it --privileged -v /dev/bus/usb:/dev/bus/usb/ -v /dev:/dev -v /media/$USER:/media/nvidia:slave --rm sdkmanager: --cli install --logintype devzone --product Jetson --target JETSON_TX2_TARGETS --targetos Linux --version 4.6.1 --select 'Jetson OS' --deselect 'Jetson SDK Components' --flash all --license accept --datacollection disable

After download and building Jetson OS image complete, I selected Jetson TX2 and Manual Recovery Mode. But it hangs on 99%.
Latest entry in log:

info: [ 10.0801 ] tegrarcm_v2 --isapplet

Problem fixed, after flashing from dual booted Ubuntu. I think problem is in USB inside docker communication.
