Failed to flash tx1 with jetpack 4.3

Hi, I tried to flash my jetpack tx1 with jetpack 4.3, but get the following errors:

It seems the version of SOC not match.
On the step 2 to select the “Target Hardware”, there only one option for TX1: “Jetson TX1(P2180)”, what does P2180 mean? How can I confirm the version of my TX1? Do you no longer support old TX1?( I bought my TX1 in 2017). How can I resolve this problem? thank you.

Hi ioezhanggang,

The P2180 is TX1 part number. You select this one is correct!
Is your TX1 use Jetson developer kit?

Yes, I previous installed Jetpack 3.1.
The error caused by unmatched SoC ID:

Hi,

Are you sure this is a TX1 chip?? 0x18 is the ID of TX2.
