Failed to Install software package on line by Jetpack3.3

Recently, we always get failed when install software package in china hangzhou.
We have confirmed that it is ok when access another website.
Are there any guide on the issues?

So the problem only happened with JetPack3.3?
How’s about the SDK manager with JetPack4.2? Still got failed?

I still not try JetPack4.2, because we just using Jetpack3.3. 
I will try Jetpack4.2 and let you know.
