Fans not work in Ubuntu

After I installed dual system, the fan doesn’t work on ubuntu but works fine on windows.
In Ubuntu, there is no fan option in Nvidia settings.
My computer model is ThinkBook-16-G5-APH NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050
