[Feature Request] Per-game optimizations

Many Linux versions perform considerable worse than their Windows counterparts.
While that may be caused by an inefficient DX to OpenGL wrapper, driver optimizations also play a big part of the story, similiar to Windows.

Mesa has also done something similiar in the past:

Now I know NVIDIA has worked with Feral Interactive in the past, but are they also optimizing for their games?

Deus Ex Mankind Divided is optimized only for NVIDIA GPUs thus it’s almost certain that Feral worked with NVIDIA directly to make this game run as fast as possible on NVIDIA GPUs.
