FFMPEG + GPU support on TK-1?

Is FFMPEG with GPU acceleration supported on TK-1? If not, what other decoder can be used?

This is for a customer who is moving an NPR software to TK-1. On desktop, he used FFMPEG with GPU acceleration, but couldn’t find the same on TK-1.
