Firewire cable for Jetson Tx2

Hello everyone

I would like to connect our Bumblebee 2 stereo firewire camera to the Jetson Tx2. Would one of the following adapters work? I am not too familiar with firewire and some help would be appreciated.

Thank you

You’d have to find out which driver is used, and then see if the driver is available on arm64. If the driver is available on x86_64 as part of the stock kernel source tree, then likely it works with arm64 as well (but not always). I saw something showing the startech one has a Linux driver, but I wasn’t able to see which driver it is. If you can determine chipset, then likely the driver can be determined.

Hey alirazasyed12345,

I’m also trying to get the BumbleBee w/ firewire to work on a TX2, did you have any luck getting it to work? Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Were you able to make the camera work with either one of the PCI options?
