First time boot: No display on DVI or Serial device

trying to follow the first time boot instructions: Getting Started with Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit | NVIDIA Developer
But, I dont see display through DVI or usb serial port for the headless setup. The fan and white led turns on

Headless setup should work. How is your setup?

Followed the guide here: Getting Started with Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit | NVIDIA Developer
Connected power , keyboard USB, mouse USB , and USB to another PC. I don’t see the USB serial port detected on the second PC.

Have you flashed your board with sdkmanager already?

No. Is this flashed on new boards? Is there a reference for doing this?

I cannot guarantee what was pre-flashed on your board. Better flashing it with sdkmanager when you receive any kind of jetson new board. This is basic tool.

We also don’t provide “factory reset” button on jetson. Sdkmanager is the factory reset.
