Flash transition to USB3.2

In Xavier OEM file,it said as follow, But in Orin it had No details how to transition to USN3.2, So how Orin transition to USB3.2?from what?

The orin HW we connect USB0 and UPHY1 to 1 connector with typeC。
The HW I don’t follow the “P3737_A04_Concept_schematics”，haven’t use cypd4226 and we use other Type C controller.
If I want to speed flash up to 10Gbps,how can I set the Software?
